A kitten was rescued from a drain by a kind family three years ago. She meowed up a storm to them for food as she was so hungry.

Reddit user thomyo heard a kitten’s cry coming from the drain and went to investigate. They found a little kitten with a pair of large, bat-like ears trapped inside.
After safely retrieved the kitten, they noticed just how starved and scrawny she was. Her body was so tiny that it was almost the size as her head.
“She was very scared of other animals. She would pee everywhere at the vet because there would be other cats and dogs nearby,” thomyo said.
But the little tuxedo girl loved her humans and would follow them around the house for endless attention.

The tiny tuxedo had a lot of growing up to do. She was so happy to be given her very own all-you-can-eat buffet, a warm bed to snuggle in with her humans and many new toys that she’d never imagined.
For the first time in a while, she felt safe and loved.

They nursed her back to health and she began to thrive. In the months that followed, she grew into those large ears. Her body caught up in size.
Now she’s grown into a gorgeous lady cat!
